I LOVE Jesus, all things colorful + bright, iced coffees (well really anything sweet), being in nature, time with my husband + pup, dancing + singing, and creating with others! I’m all about creating an amazing experience and adding joy + whimsy to your life with colorful + golden senior photos!

This is my husband Grant and our dog, Bo!
Grant and I met in Kindergarten + got married in June 2021. I am so grateful for his constant support and kindness; he truly is the BEST! We have a sweet pup named Bo! He’s sweet + silly + just the best ever, we love him!
I love coffee + sweets!
I love coffee so much, I turned our dining room into an at-home coffee shop! I also love McAlister’s sweet tea, and gummy candy! My favorite thing to bake is my homemade brown sugar cinnamon poptarts! I pretty much just love sugar + sweets, lol!
I love being outside, gardening + crafting!
Walks with Grant + Bo, growing my own flowers, and spending time in nature with my seniors - I just love being outside! I also love all the crafts + cutie trinkets! I really do be Creative Kaylee!!
Jesus is my Savior, and I give him all the glory!

My story
I’ve loved everything “artsy” for my entire life, but within the past nine years, I’ve fallen in love with photographing people. I spent my early teen years photographing my pets, my backyard, and my vacations — but when I started photographing my friends, I realized I wanted to be in the people business. I officially launched my business after I graduated high school in 2017; one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Now I’m 27 and photograph high school seniors full-time! Getting to create with each senior, celebrating who they are, photographing their beauty, all the while making a new friend, is truly what gets me up and moving. I love what I do and I love all the friends I make!

My Senior Photos
I graduated high school in 2017 and took my senior photos at Nelson Atkins! Goofing around, exploring one of my favorite places; the only way to do senior photos — YOUR way. Go where you want, wear what you want, do whatever YOU want!!! :)
My First Camera
My first camera was pink baby!! The best accessory that I’ve been wearing since 5th grade! Those early memory cards, from my pink camera and each camera after, are filled with photos of my pets, and a whole lot of mirror selfies; really good mirror selfies…
My First Senior Shoot
My very first session was my brother’s senior photos! My mom’s only request was for us to have fun; so we went to the baseball field and did just that. Senior photos that were truly Zach. My motto for sessions, started at my very first senior shoot in 2014 :)
I wanna take your picture!!!
I went in being used to being uncomfortable in front of a camera, but by the end of the session, Kaylee had made me feel so much more at ease. Her warm and golden photos match perfectly with her personality as she is so sweet and made me feel so comfortable when posing for my photos.
